Our concern extends beyond MALFINI employees. We collaborate closely with our
partner factories and manufacturers in Asia to enhance working conditions. We
are committed to supporting local communities long-term, particularly in our
collaboration with the ADRA Foundation to aid children from Dhaka's slums through
the Chalantika Education Centre. We firmly believe that education is the path to a
brighter future.

Meticulous Material Selection is Our Standard.

We are discerning in our choice of materials as we prioritize product quality. The
material is a defining factor in product quality, influencing a garment's lifespan
and recyclability. All our products are crafted in alignment with the most stringent
criteria and undergo multiple stages of inspection. Within each production territory,
a vigilant team of quality controllers oversees both the production process and the
well-being of factory employees.

Alleviating Our Environmental Footprint.

We are acutely aware of our environmental responsibility and are resolute in our
efforts to reduce CO2 emissions. Our commitment is evident in our unique hybrid
photovoltaic system with battery storage integrated into our office building and
logistics centre. We actively mitigate the negative environmental impact of vehicular
traffic, minimize waste generation, and offer sustainable packaging. Our attainment
of the prestigious EFQM international social responsibility certificate, "Committed to
Sustainability," underscores our dedication to this cause.
